All guide prices above are subject to assessment and may change if your property exceeds a maximum meterage (+ £5 per additional m2), requires additional works (scaffolding, roof vents, core vents, walkboards, pipe insulation, water tank insulation, extra wide cavities), or has more than 60mm of existing insulation.
Free insulation is only available to those who are over 70 or in receipt of qualifying benefits, subject to survey. A contribution will be required should your loft have more than 60mm/2.5 inches of existing loft insulation.
At the time of your free no obligation suitability assessment, your assessor will confirm if you will need to pay an additional contribution due to excess meterage or additional works.
We do not have funding for under tile insulation or where there is already more than 150mm/6 inches of existing loft insulation.
We do not have funding for Council or Housing Association tenants, please contact your landlord with your request and ask them to contact us themselves directly for funding.
The Tesco Home Insulation Service is currently only available in mainland Great Britain and the Isle of Wight. Tesco plans to extend the coverage of the service to include Ireland and the Scottish islands in the new year.
